摘 要:目的了解在校医学生对全科医学专业的认知状况,为全科医生的规范化培养提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷。分别调查了526名临床医学专业与105名临床医学(全科医学方向)学生对全科医学专业的认知状况及就业意愿。结果 64.8%和49.8%的学生表示完全不清楚全科医学目前的发展水平和就业方向;25.9%的学生从不关注关于全科医学发展的相关政策。47.9%的学生表示完全不了解全科医生的工作范围,46.6%的学生认为就业形势一般。不同专业学生从事全科医学的意愿差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论医学生对全科医学专业的认知不足,临床医学(全科医学方向)学生对全科医学专业的认同程度比较高,但临床医学学生对全科医学专业的认同程度有待提高。Objective To understand the cognition condition of general practice for the medical students,and to provide references for training standardized the general practitioners.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 526 clinical medical students and 105 clinical medicines(general practice) students' cognition condition on general practice and the employment wish.Results 64.8% and 49.8% students expressed that they did not clear the present development level and the employment direction of general practice;25.9% students did not pay attention about the development related policy of the general practice.47.9% students expressed that did not understand completely the job scope of general practitioners,46.6% students deemed the employment situation was ordinary.The difference of the wish to be general practitioners had statistically significance(P0.0001).Conclusion The medical students were lack of the related knowledge of general practice.Clinical medicines(general practice) students had a strong sense of self-identify in general practice,the clinical medical students' sense for self-identify in general practice need to be improved.
