摘　　要：Notch1与NF—KB信号通路之间存在着复杂的串话关系，彼此之间的相互影响不仅在生命体正常生理活动中意义重大，同时也是很多疾病及其并发症发生发展的病理因素所在。近年来的许多研究表明，Notchl与NF—KB信号通路之间复杂的串话与脑内炎症、肿瘤、发育障碍等多种中枢神经系统疾病密切相关。There exists an intricate crosstalk between Notchl and NF-KB signaling path- ways. The interaction between Notchl and NF-kB plays important roles, not only in the normal physiological function of the organism, but also in the pathological development of diseases and complications. Numerous studies have showed that the crosstalk between Notch and NF-kB signaling pathways is closely related to many central nervous system diseases, such as brain inflammation, cancer, developmental disorders.
