摘　　要：以人为本是科学发展观的核心内容,是指导我国当前和谐社会构建的重要思想,也是我国未来一段时期教育改革和发展的根本目标。提升高职学生综合素质、促进人的全面发展,正是以人为本思想的具体表现和重要实践。因此,当前环境下必须提高高职学生综合素质,着力休现以人为本思想的重要意义。People-orientation is the core content of the scientific development concept,the guidance of building a harmonious society in China and also the fundamental objective of educational reform and development.Enhancing the overall quality of higher vocational students and promoting the comprehensive development of people are the display of people orientation and the important practice.Therefore,we should improve students＇ comprehensive quality under the current environment and reflect the importance of people-oriented thinking.
