单药奈达铂同期放疗治疗宫颈癌护理分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨单药奈达铂同期放疗治疗宫颈癌护理效果。方法:对61例宫颈癌患者采用单药奈达铂同期放疗治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果:全部患者分别顺利完成6周放化疗程后,均出现胃肠道反应和放射性直肠炎;其中出现骨髓抑制35例和肾毒性反应8例,仅4例出现过敏反应。结论:正确预处理不良反应,密切观察患者病情变化及精心护理,对减轻患者放、化疗不良反应和顺利完成治疗具有积极意义。Objective：analysis nursing effect of nedaplatin lonely chemotherapy and radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods：analysis nursing experience of 61 cases nedaplatin lonely chemotherapy and radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Results：61 patients were successfully completed six weeks chemotherapy radiotherapy,appeared gastrointestinal reaction,radiation proctopathy,35 patients suffered from bone marrow inhibition,8cases appeared kidney toxicity reaction,4 cases appeared allergic reaction.Conclusion：Proper preprocessing adverse reaction,careful nursing of patients,Alleviate patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy toxicity,and successful completion treatment is positive significance.
