摘　　要：提高学报质量,首先要明确其涵义,在此基础上,才能找到提高学报质量的有效途径。近年来,青岛职业技术学院学报遵照学术期刊的属性和国家、行业的相关要求,结合学院的科研实际、专业特色和编辑人员的实际情况,努力探索和完善学报出版流程的最优化,并制定一系列行之有效的规章制度,保证了学报质量的较快提高。To improve the journal quality,we must define its meaning clearly. Only on the basis, can the valid path to improve the journal quality be found. In recent years,Journal of Qingdao Technical College has been striving to explore and improve the optimization of the publishing process according to the attributes of academic periodical and the related requirements of the nation and profession, and established a series of valid regulation systems on the combination of the research of the college practice, professional features and editors＇ situation,which ensured the faster improvement of the journal quality.
