摘　　要：目的探讨正畸治疗过程中患者心理特性对治疗效果的影响。方法对临床治疗五年期间的患者,进行样本分类和统计,采用常见的担心矫治效果、害怕治疗过程中的疼痛、不敢拔牙、担心正畸治疗影响口腔卫生、不能正确面对别人的言论、希望治疗过程尽可能短和担心复发等常见的心理为调查内容,对初次就诊的患者进行调查和统计。并提出不同心理特性患者正畸治疗过程中的注意事项。结论正畸治疗过程中,患者心理特性分析和把握,是治疗效果的重要环节,必须予以重视。Objective The purpose of this study is to discuss the affections of patients＇ psychology characteristic during the orthodontics therapy. Methods By the statistic to the patients, which have been healed during the latest 5years, the seven psychology characteristics have been surveyed, and summed up the effect factors to the curative effect. Conclusion Psychology characteristic of patients is much more important during orthodontics therapy and should be payyed more attention.
