摘　　要：目的探讨头颈部神经鞘瘤的临床表现、诊断方法及治疗。方法回顾分析2001至2011年收治的18例头颈部神经鞘瘤的临床资料。结果全部病例均行肿瘤完全切除。所有病例术后随访0.5～5年不等,2例失访,其余无复发。结论在头颈部肿块的诊断中,应早期诊断、治疗,通过手术彻底切除肿瘤是本病最有效的治疗方法。Objective To study the clinical symptom diagnosis and treatment of the neurinoma of the head and neck. Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with neurinoma of the head and neck in our department from 2001 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The tumors of all the cases were totally resected.All the patients were followed up for 0.5 to 5 years.2 cases were lost.The rest of the cases had no recurrence. Conclusion To recognize the neurinoma of the head and neck is important to early diagnosis and treatment of the neurinoma.To resect the neoplasm completely is the most effective treatment.
