牙周病与糖尿病的相关机制的研究进展

摘　　要：目的研究有关牙周病与糖尿病二者之间相互作用、相互关系。方法选择人民医院就诊的110例同时伴有糖尿病的牙周病患者,将其随机分成A、B、C3组,A组60例为实验组,同时进行牙周病与糖尿病的系统治疗;B、C组为对照组,其中B组20例只进行牙周病的治疗,C组30例只进行糖尿病的治疗。最后分别对A、B、C3组检测其血清C反应蛋白水平、糖化血红蛋白和血糖水平。结果 A组血清C反应蛋白水平、糖化血红蛋白和血糖水平的检测值均低于B、C两组(P<0.01)。结论牙周病与糖尿病存在明显的相关性,应同时给予二者治疗。Objective Investigate the relationship between the periodontal disease and diabetes.Methods We choose 110 patients got periodontal disease and diabetes,then divided them into A,B and C groups：A was the experimental group,included 60 patients,giving the treatment for periodontal disease and diabetes,B and C were control groups,Group B（20 patients） only for the Periodontal disease treatment;Group C only for the diabetes treatment.After grouping,detected the serum C reactive protein,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood fasting sugar levels in the three groups.Results The serum C reactive protein,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood fasting sugar levels in A group was lower than the group B and group C（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion There are significantly relationship between periodontal disease and diabetes.
