摘　　要：随着信息革命的发展 ,人类社会将发生根本性的变化。信息网络化对高校学报的传播、储存功能的发挥和经济效益的提高都具有深远的影响。加入光盘版及学术期刊网并按照新的编排规范处理编辑业务 ,进一步提高学报编排质量 ,是我们面临的新任务。要认真学习新的编排规范 ,做好与作者的沟通工作 。The informationalization has a profound influence on elaboration of the functions that college journals have (such as the functions of dissemination and store) and the increase of economic benefit. It is a new task for us to accede to the CD Rom and the net of academic Journals, and deal with the editorial work in the light of new editorial standard.
