摘  要:【目的】应用超声e-Flow方法,检测颈动脉斑块内新生血管,揭示斑块内新生血管的特点,间接反映斑块的稳定性。【方法】选取脑梗塞患者共69例进行颈动脉超声检查,检出颈动脉内斑块做为超声e-Flow观察对象,并进行对比。【结果】梗塞侧颈动脉检出斑块100个,非梗塞侧检出斑块87个,梗塞侧斑块在检出数量及新生血管的比例上,明显高于非梗塞侧,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。显示有新生血管的斑块在软斑比例及斑块的厚度上,明显高于未显示新生血管的斑块,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】超声不仅能够显示斑块的大小和形态,同时能够敏感探测斑块内新生血管血流,从而间接判定斑块的稳定性,有助于预防脑梗死的发生。【Objective】To detect new blood vessels in carotid plaques use ultrasound e-Flow method,reveals the characteristics of the new blood vessels in the plaque,reflect the stability of the plaques indirectly.【Methods】69 patients with cerebral infarction were detected by carotid ultrasound,the carotid plaques as ultrasonic e-Flow observation object,then and analysised compared.【Results】 The carotid artery of infarction side found 100 plaques,the no found side detection plaques 87,the quantity of plaques and the proportion of new blood vessels in infarction side were obviously higher than those of no infarction side,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).The plaques had new blood vessels in the soft spot proportion and the thickness of the plaque were much higher than those of no new blood vessels plaques,the difference had statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).【Conclusion】 Ultrasound not only can show the plaques size and shape but also can sensitively detect new blood vessels blood flow in the plaques,thus indirectly judge the stability of the plaques can help to prevent the occurrence of cerebral infarction.
