摘 要:目的:探讨超声探测到的甲状腺结节内钙化与甲状腺癌关系。方法:收集我院3a间行甲状腺手术病人2700例,对比甲状腺结节术前超声与术后病理检查诊断。结果:甲状腺癌病人甲状腺结节内钙化、微小钙化的发生率明显高于良性甲状腺疾病的发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微小钙化对于甲状腺癌更有统计学意义(P<0.01)。伴钙化的恶性结节在单发与多发组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:超声探查到微小钙化对诊断甲状腺癌特异性高,特别是乳头状甲状腺癌。Objective:To clarify the correlations of calcification in tubercle of thyroid gland and thyroid cancer by ultrasonic sounding. Methods:2700 patients with thyroid gland operation among the recent three years were collected. We compared the results of ultrasonic diagnose on the tubercle of thyroid gland and that with pathology check postoperative. Results:The incidence of calcification and mi- cro - calcification in the tubercle of thyroid gland for patients with thyroid cancer was significantly high- er than that of patients with benign thyroid gland diseases ( P 〈 0.05 ). Microcalciffcation had evidently statistical significance( P 〈 0.01 ). There are significant difference between the proportion of malignant tubercle accompanying with calcification in single classes and multiple classes ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Microcalcification detected by uhralsonic sounding is a specific marker for diagnose of thyroid carcinoma, especially for papillary thyroid carcinoma.
