摘  要:目的:实验研究自攻型正畸微螺旋种植体即刻负载持续中重度水平力的生物力学特性。方法:8枚自攻型钛合金微螺旋种植体种植于一只犬下颌骨颊侧的牙根间区,即刻负载约150g持续水平力。种植体植入时选择控制最高植入转矩在5.5 Ncm~7.3 Ncm,并且用Periotest测量种植体的稳定性,其值低于+9;观察9wk后,测量种植体稳定性及最高旋出转矩。结果:实验过程中未见种植体松动,脱落。最高去除转矩力值(5.9±1.2)Ncm。Periotest值在后牙区低于+9,在下颌骨中段在+10~+18间。结论:即刻负载的自攻型微种植体有良好的生物机械性能,即刻负载对自攻型正畸微种植体的生物整合未见明显的影响。Objective: To studying the biomechanical property of self - drilling orthodontic micro - implants under immediate horizontal loading to access its stability and effet of ossoeintegration. Methods: 8 titanium alloy micro - implants were placed into the interradicular spaces of buccal side of lower jaw in a dog with immediate load for approximately 150g continuous and constant forces by stretching closed nickel - titanium coil spring for 9 weeks. Controlled peak insertion torque (5.5± 7.3 Ncm) and stability were immediately measured immediately after insertion, and stability and peak removal torque were measured after euthanasia. Results: The peak removal torque value was 5.9 ± 1.2 Nero. Periotest value of implants was under + 9 in the laterant part,while below + 9 in the middle of the mandible at the beginning and was between + 9 to + 18 at the end of the experiment. The tendency of fracture was found during implantation. Conclusions : Immediate loading of self - drilling may not affect the ossoein- tegration of orthodontic micro - implants.
