摘　　要：党组织对党员的教育和管理,是党的"根本性建设",是提高党员的素质,增强党的战斗力的重要措施,是搞好党的建设的最基础最经常的工作,是实现党在新时期的历史任务的重要保证。因此,加强党员教育和管理的研究,探索建立一套适应时代要求的有效机制,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本课题以中国医学科学院肿瘤医院肿瘤研究所为研究对象,通过实证研究和调查研究,对医疗机构党员教育和管理中存在的问题和原因进行了梳理和分析,提出了一些思考和有针对性的建议与对策。Party member education and management is an essential education to the party and is the important way to improve party member＇s quality and strengthen fighting capacity.It is also the most frequency and basic work for party construction and the important guarantee to achieve the roles of the party under new environment.Strengthening the research of party member education and management and building a long term effective mechanism met new environment both has theory value and practice value.Problems and causes of party member education and management in Cancer Hospital Affiliated to China Academy of Medical Science are discussed and recommendations are also presented.
