摘 要:通过设计体育教师激励状况调查问卷,在体育教师和领导干部两个群体中进行测试,了解现行机制对体育教师的激励效能。结果发现,体育教师和领导干部在激励问题的认识上存在较大的差异性,激励措施没有达到相应的效果。由此提出,既要完善针对体育教师的薪酬激励、精神激励、职业生涯规划机制,又要加强学校领导与体育教师的沟通,提高双方在激励方面认识一致性,才能提高对体育教师激励的效果。By the method of investigation, through the design of sports teachers incentive status questionnaire, the PE teacher and leader cadre two groups tested, understand the current mechanism of PE Teachers' incentive efficiency. It was found, sports teachers and leaders in the incentive problems vary greatly, incentive measures did not reach the corresponding effect. This paper, according to the physical education teachers should consummate the salary incentive, spirit incentive, occupation career planning mechanism, and strengthen the school leadership and PE Teachers' communication, enhance the two sides in the incentive of consistency, in order to improve the PE Teachers' incentive effect.
