摘　　要：目的:研究慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)免疫表型的特点。方法:采用流式细胞仪(FCM)分析89例CLL的免疫表型特点。结果:大部分CLL表达CD5、CD19、CD23;CD79b表达率也较高;部分表达CD38和ZAP-70。结论:免疫表型的检测对于CLL的诊断和预后有重要价值。Objective：To investigate the characteristics of immunophenotype of chronic lymphocytic leukemia （CLL）. Method：Flow cytometry was used to detect the immunophenotype of 89 cases CLLs. Result：The CLI. typ ically expressed CD5,CD19 and CD23. CD79b could be detected on CLL cells of the majority patients. CD38 and ZAP-70 could be detected on some CLL cases. Conclusion： The immunophenotype analysis might be important in CLL diagnosis and CLL prognosis evaluation.
