摘　　要：大学生廉洁教育是国家廉政体系建设的一项重要战略任务。大学生今天对于廉洁和腐败等问题的态度,将决定着中国未来的社会发展。基于经济学外部性理论,提出大学生廉洁教育具有对国家廉政体系建设、廉洁文化建设、加强反腐败监督、网络社会发展四个方面的正外部性,并对大学生廉洁教育正外部性内部化进行分析,进一步明确大学生廉洁教育的特殊功能和战略地位。在此基础上提出加强大学生廉洁教育的政策建议,为我国大学生廉洁教育的进一步实践开展提供理论支持和参考。Integrity education of college students is an important strategic task in the State Integrity system construction, the atti- tude of college students on integrity and corruption today will decide the future of social development in China. Based on the externality theory of economics, paper research on the positive externality of integrity education of college students about national integrity system construction, integrity culture construction, strengthening anti - corruption supervision, cyber society development, and analyzes the in- ternalization of externality of integrity education of college students, and clear the special function and strategic position of integrity edu- cation of college students. The paper also puts forward policy suggestions on improving the effects of integrity education of college students, and to provide ideas and reference for the long - term development of integrity education of college students.
