辅导员对大学生道德情感的培育

摘　　要：由于辅导员与学生的交流比教师更加充分,比一般管理人员更加亲近,因此辅导员对大学生道德情感的培育具有至关重要的作用。辅导员对大学生的道德情感教育应坚持人本化、主导性、实践性、开放性原则,利用社会实践活动,典型社会事件,传统节日,各种激励方式等多种途径与方法。College advisors have a lot more communication with students and are usually closer to them than other managerial staff,so they play a crucial role in cultivating students＇ moral feelings.In doing the job,advisors must stick to the people-oriented principle and principles of dominance,practicality and openness,take advantage of various social activities,typical social events and traditional festivals and use all kinds of incentives.
