手术切除加局部烧灼治疗牙龈瘤36例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术切除、局部烧灼保留牙齿治疗牙龈瘤的效果。方法:对36例病变区牙齿松动Ⅰ°以内的牙龈瘤采用手术切除后烧灼病变区牙周组织的治疗方法,并观察术后复发情况。结果:经6个月至4年随访,其中34例患者术后无肿瘤复发,有2例复发(P<0.05)。结论:采用手术切除瘤体后局部烧灼治疗牙龈瘤,其方法简单,疗效确定,可保存患牙。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of surgical resection and local cauterization for epulis.Methods：The information of 36 epulis cases whose molility of affected teeth ≤ grade I was recorded.The epulis was removed,and affected periodental tissue was cauterized.Results：36 cases were cured,after 0.5 to 4 years follow-up,there was only 2 cases of relapse.Conclusion：Surgical resection and local cautery is effective for epulis.It can reserve the affected teeth and cure epulis.
