摘　　要：根据物流专业人才培养方案和社会需求,以岗位职责和项目模块为依据,提出了较明确的实验实训理念、实验实训定位和实验实训的改革思路,详细论述了岗位式的物流实验实训课程体系内容选择与重构,并取得了良好的实训效果。According to the talents training scheme and social demand of logistics major, the definite experiments training theory, location and reform idea were proposed based on job responsibilities and project module. The selection and reconstruction of logistics experiment training courses were discussed in detail with the type of position, which achieved good effect.
