摘　　要："美学规制"是指人们在审美创造和审美欣赏过程中有意识或无意识形成的审美标准及其美学规约。它是审美观念和审美趣味的外化形式,是生命个体审美情趣与社会整体审美理想相互影响、相互生发的美学选择和运行机制。美学规制是一种区别于外在性政策法规规制和内在性道德伦理规制的非正式的社会规制,其本质是审美的公共性标准对审美的个体性趣味所产生的影响及所进行的美学规训,即通过一套复杂的机制,将某些个体的审美标准和审美趣味建构成为公共性的美学符号,从而对审美主体的美感经验产生影响。＂ Aesthetic regulation＂ means the standard of aesthetics and the aesthetic stipulations oI an a- greement which was formed in aesthetic creation and appreciation process by consciously or unconscious. It is the external form of the aesthetic idea and aesthetic taste. It is the aesthetic selection and operation mechanism which was influenced and developed by the aesthetic interest of the individual life and the aes- thetic ideal of social mutual influence and germinal. Aesthetic regulation is a kind of informal social regu- lation which different from external policies regulations and internal ethical regulation, its essence is the aesthetic standard of public aesthetic impact and discipline individual aesthetic interest. That is construc- ted the individual aesthetic standards and taste into public aesthetic symbols through a complex mecha- nism, the aesthetic subject aesthetic experience affect, effect, production of identity.
