EIN及不同病理学分级子宫内膜样腺癌中PTTG蛋白表达的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨垂体瘤转化基因（pituitary tumor transforming gene,PTTG）蛋白在子宫内膜增生组织、子宫内膜上皮内瘤样病变（EIN）及子宫内膜样腺癌中的表达、PTTG蛋白表达与EIN及子宫内膜样腺癌病理学分级的相关性.方法 回顾性研究手术切除的子宫内膜样腺癌标本、诊刮得到的子宫内膜增生和EIN标本共73例,其中子宫内膜增生13例,EIN 12例,48例子宫内膜样腺癌标本病理学分级为Ⅰ级19例、Ⅱ级16例、Ⅲ级13例.采用免疫组化SP法检测PTTG的表达情况.结果 PTTG蛋白在子宫内膜增生的组织中无表达,在子宫内膜上皮内肿瘤的组织中表达,在子宫内膜样腺癌组织中有明显表达,且随肿瘤病理级别的增高而增加,组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 对PTTG蛋白表达进行研究有助于子宫内膜癌的早期诊断,PTTG蛋白表达与子宫内膜样腺癌的病理学分级密切相关,可以作为判断恶性程度的指标.Objective To investigate the expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene （PTFG） protein in endom- etrial hyperplasia, endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia （EIN） and endometrioid carcinoma, and to study the relationship between the expression of PTTG protein and pathological grade in endometrioid carcinoma. Methods The expression of PTTG protein was detected by immunostaining assay using streptavidin - peroxidase （SP） method in 73 cases of endome- trial hyperplasia, EIN and endometrioid carcinoma. Of the 73 cases, 13 cases were endometrial hyperplasia, 12 cases were EIN, 48 cases were endometrioid carcinoma, including 19 cases with pathological grade I , 16 cases with grade Ⅱ , 13 cases with grade Ⅲ. Results There was no expression of PTTG protein in endometfial hyperplasia. There was protein expression of PTTG in EIN and endometrioid carcinoma. The expression of PTTG protein increased with the increasing pathological grade of endometrioid carcinoma, with significant difference among different groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Studying the expressions of PTFG protein contributes to early diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. The expressions of PTTG protein are related to pathological grade of endometrial carcinoma, and can be considered as the indicators for the degree of maligance.
