摘　　要："三个体系"建设对高校档案工作提出了新的要求,要求高校档案管理重新审视工作目标和定位,重新构建高校档案工作基本格局。结合"三个体系"建设要求来考察与探究当前高校档案工作网络的作用及其管理中存在的问题,探讨如何加强高校档案工作网络建设。The construction of ＂Three System＂ put forward new requirements to the work of college archives, which requires the ad- ministration of college archives to re - examine its work target and orientation, and to construct a basic pattern of college archive work. This article, to begin with the requirements of the construction of ＂Three System＂, will study and probe into the role of the network of college archives at present and the problems with its administration, and then elaborate on the reinforcement of the net-work of college archives.
