血清MFG-E8与CA15-3、CEA水平对乳腺癌诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨血清中MFG-E8水平与乳腺癌诊断的关系。方法收集59例乳腺癌患者和40例正常人的血清,用ELISA方法检测MFG-E8水平,采用电化学发光法检测CA15-3和CEA水平,并对结果分组进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌患者血清中MFG-E8、CA15-3和CEA水平分别为6450.8±9899.9pg/ml、34.85±32.98U/ml和4.38±8.46ng/ml,显著高于正常对照组;MFG-E8、CA15-3和CEA的阳性率分别是64.4%、48.9%、20.3%,联合检测MFG-E8、CA15-3和CEA可提高检出率到84.4%。结论血清中MFG-E8与CA15-3和CEA一同联合检测可以作为辅助诊断乳腺癌的指标。Objective To discuss the relationship between serum level of MFG-E8 and diagnostic value of breast cancer.Methods Eenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was introduced to detect serum level of MFG-E8 and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay introduced to detect serum levels of CA15-3 and CEA.Results The serum levels of MFG-E8,CA15-3 and CEA in patients with breast cancer were 6450.8±9899.9 pg/ml、34.85±32.98 U/ml and 4.38±8.46 ng/ml respectively,which were significantly higher than those in normal controls.the positive incidence of MFG-E8,CA15-3 and CEA in patients with breast cancer were64.4%、48.9%、20.3%,By combined detection of MFG-E8,CA15-3 and CEA,the positive rate of breast cancer could be greatly improved to 84.4%.Conclusion The serum level of MFG-E8 can be reviewed as a kind of valuable biomarker in the diagnosis of breast cancer,together with CA15-3 and CEA.
