摘　　要：目的探讨巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)和肿瘤相关糖蛋白抗原72(TAG-72)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测53例卵巢癌及15例正常卵巢组织中M-CSF、TAG-72的表达,并结合临床病理因素进行分析。结果 M-CSF和TAG-72在卵巢癌组织中的表达率(66%、26.4%)明显高于正常组织(33.3%、0),差异均有显著性。同时,M-CSF及TAG-72在卵巢癌组织中的表达与手术病理分期、组织分级有关(χ2=5.428-8.256,P<0.05),与肿瘤的病理学类型无关(χ2=4.876-5.035,P>0.05)。结论 M-CSF及TAG-72的高表达均与卵巢癌的发生、发展和生物学行为密切相关,其可以成为卵巢癌的肿瘤标记。Objective To investigat the expression of M-CSF and TAG-72 and their significance in ovarian cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of M-CSF and TAG-72 in 53 specimens of ovarian cancer and 15 specimens of normal ovary.The results were analyzed in combined with clinicopathology.Results The positive rates of M-CSF and TAG-72 were significantly higher in ovarian cancer（66%,26.4%） than that in normal ovarian tissue（33.3%,0）.Meanwhile,the expression of M-CSF and TAG-72 in ovarian cancer was associated with pathologic staging and histologic grading（χ2=5.428-8.256,P0.05）.Conclusion The high expression of M-CSF and TAG-72 in ovarian cancer are possibly related to the occurrence,development and biological behaviour,which indicate their potential as a tumor marker for diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
