摘　　要：原发性肝癌(Primary liver cancer,PLC)是指发生在肝细胞或肝内胆管细胞的恶性肿瘤,以发生在肝细胞为主。原发性肝癌是目前世界上致死率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,在全世界范围内的发病率有逐年上升的趋势。治疗上多以手术治疗为主,但微创治疗、放疗、化疗、生物治疗也可以明显提高患者生存率。Primary liver cancer is one of the malignant tumors in the world which has the highest mortality. The morbidity shows a rising trend year by year. Surgery treatment is the priority given to the PLC patients. Meanwhile, the minimally invasive treatment, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biological therapy, can also enhance the survival rate of PLC patients.
