创新高校国有资产管理体制初探

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业的跨越式发展,高校国有资产规模迅速扩张,结构日趋复杂,对国有资产现有的管理模式、方法和手段已不能适应高等教育事业发展的需要。文章分析了高校国有资产管理现状及存在的问题,提出要在健全管理体系、完善管理制度、统一资产配置、打造信息平台及加强队伍建设等方面创新高校国有资产管理体制。With the leaping development of higher education in China,the state-owned asset of universities has quickly expanded and its structure has become more and more complicated.Thus,the current management mode and methods of state-owned asset cannot meet the need of the development of higher education.The paper analyzes the management situation of university state—owned asset,existing problems in management and suggests the innovation of the management system of university state—owned asset rely on a sound management system,uniform asset allocation,an information platform and strong teamwork.
