摘  要:校企"双主体"人才培养模式是从人才培养活动的实施主体角度出发来界定高等职业院校人才培养模式。湖北职业技术学院结合自身特点探索实践了引企入校实体合作、冠名学院、订单培养、工学交替、要素合作等模式,促进了高技能人才培养,实现了加速科技成果转化、校企和谐互动、优质资源共享以及企业、学校、政府、学生多赢。Brought forward from the implementation subject of talents cultivation, the talents cultivation pattern based on dual subjects of schools & enterprises is determined as a talents cultivation pattern in higher vocational colleges. According to inner situations in Hubei Polytechnic Institute, we have probed and practiced such patterns as cooperation between schools and enterprises, departments named after enterprises, talents cultivation according to orders, work - study program, cooperation of key elements so as to improve the talents cultivation of higher vocational colleges. So we have accerlerated the speed of the transfer of research achievements, made harmonious interaction between schools and enterprises, shared excellent resources, and reached multiple - wins by enterprises, schools, the government and students.
