走出高职保险实务专业发展困境的路径探究

摘　　要：当前,高职保险实务专业的生存和发展面临保险行业发展、专业生源、专业人才培养质量和毕业生就业发展等四大困境,文章在解析上述困境形成原因的基础上围绕促进保险行业健康快速发展、开展保险公众教育、提高专业人才培养质量和加强就业服务和就业基地建设四个方面提出了高职保险实务专业走出发展困境的一系列对策建议。At present, the survival and development of the higer vocational insurance practice major face four dilemmas in industry development, students＇ sources , training quality and graduates employment. The paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and proposals based on the reasons of forming the above dilemmas, centering around 4 themes, just as promoting healthy and rapid development of insurance development, carrying out public education, im- proving the quality of talent cultivation, strengthening employment service and employment base construction.
