摘　　要：1938年,国民党政府成立了包括国民党、共产党及其他抗日党派和无党派人士代表在内的国民参政会。在国民参政会存在期间,傅斯年作为参政员和驻会委员,出于对国家、民族的责任感和政治信念的驱使,力图消除政治弊端,积极行使质询权,最终将劣迹斑斑的孔祥熙赶下了政治舞台。In 1938,the Guomintang Government established the National Political Council comprising of representatives of the Kuomintang,the Communist Party, other Anti-Japanese political parties and patriot without party affiliation.In the existence of the National Political Council,as a councilor and committee member, out of his national responsibility and political belief, FU Sinian attempted to eliminate political malpractice as well as exerted his Question right actively on this ambition.As a consequence,Kong Xiangxi was dismissed and ceased in the political stage.
