摘　　要：为提高开放实验教学水平,对传统实验教学队伍存在的知识结构不合理、岗位职责不明确、教学队伍不稳定和激励机制不完善等问题进行了深入分析,并结合改革实践,探讨了更新观念、开展在职培训、建立激励机制和成立实验教学研究室等行之有效的实验教学队伍改革措施。In order to improve the level of open experimental teaching, through deeply the analysing existing problems on current experimental teaching team, such as unreasonable knowledge structure, unclear job re-sponsibilities, unstable teaching team and imperfect incentives, many effective reform measures , combined with their own practice of reform, are proposed, such as renewing ideas, strengthening job training, adoption of incentive mechanisms, establishment of experimental teaching laboratory, etc.
