摘　　要：知识转移概念由美国技术和创新管理学家Teece于1977年提出。目前,我国图书馆界对知识转移的理论研究已取得了丰硕的成果,但关于网络环境下图书馆知识转移技术与模式、保障机制以及激励机制的研究还不完善,从这三个方面对图书馆知识转移进行了研究。The concept of knowledge transfer was proposed in 1977 by Teece who is the technology and innovation management scientist in United States.At present,library circles in China have made great achievements about the study of the theory of knowledge transfer,but the research on the technology,model,protection mechanisms and incentive mechanisms of knowledge transfer under network environment is not perfect.This paper researches library knowledge transfer from three aspects.
