摘　　要：以高职院校理工科女大学生为调查对象,就其择业心态、就业意向、求职准备等进行调查。调查发现理工科女大学生在择业过程中存在求稳定图安稳等择业心态。运用思想政治教育方法论的科学原理,从社会、学校、学生自身方面分析理工科女大学生择业心态现状归因,提出引导对策,力图让她们树立正确的择业观念,培养良好的择业心态。The higher vocational colleges of female college students in science and engineering for investigation object,it is the choice of mind,employment intention,to apply for a job for investigation.The survey found female college students in science and engineering in existing in the course of employment for safe and stable figure employment psychology.Using the ideological and political education methodology of the scientific principle,from the society,school,students themselves in science and engineering analysis of female college students＇ status quo attribution mentality,and puts forward countermeasures to guide,tried to let them build up correct concept of employment,develop good ＇mentality.
