哌泊噻嗪氯氮平治疗精神分裂症阴性症状26例

摘　　要：目的 :研究哌泊噻嗪合并氯氮平对阴性症状的疗效。方法 :将 5 0例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为氯氮平合并哌泊噻嗪组 2 6例和单用氯氮平组 2 4例 ,采用临床疗效评定、简明精神病量表 (BPRS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)。结果 :哌泊噻嗪合并氯氮平组显效率 5 8.0 %、SAN减分率 66.0 % ,氯氮平组显效率 3 5 .0 %、SNAS减分率 5 3 .4% ,经u检查 ,两者均差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To compare clozapine combined with pipotiazine palmitate to clozapine alone in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenic patients. Methods:50 inpatients with diagnosis of chronic schizophrenia and with negative symptoms were treated with clozapine combined with pipotiazine palmitate or clozapine alone. Clinical progress was monitored with BPRS, SNAS. Results:There were 58.0% of and 37.% of response rate in clozapine combined with pipotiazine palmitate group and in clozapine alone group, respectively. The decreases of SANS were 66.0% and 53.4% in two groups, respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups. Conclusion:Paitents with negative symptoms of schizoprenic can be improved effectively with clozapine combined with pipotiazine palmitate.
