老年帕金森病患者血尿酸水平与抑郁、认知功能障碍的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨老年帕金森病(PD)患者血尿酸水平的改变及其与抑郁、认知功能障碍的关系。方法对55例老年PD患者和55例健康老年人(正常对照组)进行血尿酸水平检测。采用汉密尔顿抑郁(HAMD)量表和简易精神状态检查(MMSE)量表对老年PD患者进行评分。结果老年PD患者血尿酸水平比正常对照组显著降低(P<0.05),并且老年PD伴抑郁、认知功能障碍患者的血尿酸水平分别显著低于老年PD无抑郁及无认知功能障碍患者(P<0.05)。老年PD伴抑郁患者的MMSE量表评分显著低于无抑郁患者(P<0.05)。结论老年PD患者的血尿酸水平明显降低,并且老年PD伴抑郁和认知功能障碍患者的血尿酸水平降低更易明显。Objective To investigate the change of the level of serum uric acid and its relationship with depression and cognitive dysfunction in patients with elderly Parkinson disease（PD）.Methods The levels of serum uric acid was measured in 55 elderly PD patients and 55 healthy aged and elderly people（normal control group）.Elderly PD patients were measured by Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD）and Mini-mental state examination（MMSE）scale.Results The level of serum uric acid in elderly PD group was significantly lower than that in normal control group（P0.05）,and the level of serum uric acid in elderly PD patients with depression or cognitive dysfunction was significantly lower than that in elderly PD patients without depression or cognitive dysfunction （all P0.05）.The MMSE score in elderly PD patients with depression was significantly lower than that in elderly PD patients without depression（P0.05）.Conclusion The level of serum uric acid in elderly PD patient is decreased significantly,which even lower in elderly PD patients with depression and cognitive dysfunction.
