摘  要:目的观察外源性硫化氢(H2S)对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠海马气体信号分子一氧化碳(NO)和一氧化氮(CO)的影响。方法 24只SD大鼠随机分为AD组、硫氢化钠(NaHS)组,生理盐水(NS)组,给药后测定三组大鼠海马组织中NO和CO的含量、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)的活性。结果同NS组相比,AD组和NaHS组海马组织中NO、CO含量升高,iNOS、HO-1活性增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。同AD组同相比,NaHS组海马组织NO含量减少,iNOS活性降低,而CO含量增加,HO-1活性增强(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论外源性H2S对AD大鼠海马iNOS/NO体系具有抑制作用,而对HO-1/CO体系有激活效应。Objective To observe the effects of hydrogen sulfide(H 2 S)on carbon monoxide and nitric oxide in hippocampus of Alzheimer’s Disease rats.Methods 24 SD rats were randomly divided into AD group、NaHS group、NS group.After treatment, The content of NO and CO,the activity of inducible nitric oxide synthases(iNOS)and HO-1 in the hippocampus were measured with colorimetric methods.Results Compared with NS group,the content NO and CO,the activities of iNOS and HO-1 in AD group were increased(P0.05or P0.01).Compared with AD group,the content NO and the activity of HO-1 in NaHS group were decreased,while the content of CO,and the activity of HO-1 increased(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Exogenous H2 S has a depressant effect on iNOS/NO systems.while it has a up-regulation on HO-1/CO systems in hippocampus of Alzheimer’s Disease rats.
