显微镜和间接眼底镜下视网膜脱离外路手术的临床对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨显微镜直视下和间接眼底镜直视下行外路手术治疗裂孔性视网膜脱离的临床效果。方法 40裂孔性视网膜脱离患者,随机分成两组,分别在显微镜下(显微组)和间接眼底镜下(经典组)行巩膜加压术。观察术中术后并发症,术后视网膜复位情况、视力、冷凝反应和手术时间。结果两组手术时间、术中术后并发症、视网膜复位率、术后视力及冷凝反应比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微镜直视下和间接眼底镜直视下行外路手术治疗裂孔性视网膜脱离比较,术后并发症无明显差异;显微外路手术具有易掌握、效果良好等优点。Objective To explore the clinical effect of external-route surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment under microscope and indirect ophthalmoscope.Methods Forty patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were randomly divided into two groups,who received the external-route surgery under microscope（micro-group） and indirect ophthalmoscope（classic group） respectively.The intraoperative and postoperative complications,retinal reattachment,visual acuity,condensation reaction and operation time were observed.Results No statistical difference was found in the surgical complication,visual acuity,retinal reattachment rate and condensation reaction between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion There is no significant difference in the postoperative complications between microscope and indirect ophthalmoscope used in the external-route surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.External-route microsurgery for retinal detachment is easy to learn and effective.
