健康教育对留守营养不良儿童监护人营养知识认知和行为的影响

摘　　要：目的了解健康教育对留守营养不良儿童监护人儿童营养知识认知和行为的影响。方法对100例留守营养不良儿童监护人,在实施健康教育前、后发放儿童营养知识认知和行为问卷调查表,比较实施健康教育前、后对儿童营养知识的认和行为有无差异。结果实施健康教育后,监护人对儿童营养知识认知程度明显提高,监护人及儿童的膳食行为也明显改善,与实施健康教育前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论对留守营养不良儿童监护人进行有针对性的健康教育,能提高其认知程度,纠正其不良的膳食行为,改善留守儿童的营养状况,提高他们的体质。Objective To investigate the effects of health education on the awareness and behaviors of custodians of malnutritional left behind children.Methods Before and after health education,100 custodians of ill fed left behind children were requested to fill out the questionnaires of awareness and behaviors of child nutrition knowledge.Their knowledge and behaviors on children nutrition before and after health education were compared and analyzed.Results After health education,custodians＇awareness of child nutrition knowledge was significantly improved and also their dietary behaviors as well as those of leftbehind children were ameliorated a lot.There was significant statistical difference compared to those before health education（P0.01 or 0.05）.Conclusion Implementing nichetargeting health education towards custodians of malnutritional left behind children can improve their awareness of child nutrition knowledge,correct their bad dietary behaviors,ameliorate the nutrition of left behind children and enhance their physique.
