摘 要:浆纱是保证喷气织机高效工作的关键因素之一。论文从喷气织机对浆纱的要求、PVA的结构特点、浆膜性能,概述了喷气织机织造选用PVA上浆的历史必然性。从存在的诸多问题尤其是环境污染问题出发,为了达到环保上浆的要求,采用变性淀粉、丙烯酸浆料来取代PVA上浆已成为有效途径;指出了未来喷气织机上浆将呈现多元格局:诸如开发高性能的环保浆料、回收利用PVA、PVA的生物降解、PVA的改性、革新技术、改革管理模式等。The sizing is one of the key factors to keep the air-jet loom working with high efficiency. This paper expounds the historic necessity of PVA sizing option by the air jet loom from consideration of the requirement of the air-jet loom on sizing, the structure characteristics of PVA, and the excellent serosa properties. In order to achieve the environmental protection requirements of sizing, the effective way is to adopt the modified starch and acrylic acid size instead of PVA. This paper also stresses that the sizing of the air-jet loom will present a new and multiplex setup of the sizing of the air-jet loom in the future, such as developing the environmental protection sizing with high performance, recycling and reusing PVA, biodegradation of PVA, PVA modification, innovating and improving the weaving technologies, reforming the management mode, and so on.
