摘　　要：近年来新型超声造影剂的应用和超声造影技术的进步,显著提高了对肝内实质性占位诊断的敏感性和特异性,本文就超声造影在评估肝癌的局部复发及其在指导消融治疗中的应用做一综述。In recent years, with the development of new ultrasound contrast agents and ultrasound imaging technology, the sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of intrahepatic space-occupying lesions were significantly improved. This article reviews the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in assessment of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma and in guiding ablation therapy.
