临床实习护生心理弹性现状及影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨临床实习期间护生的心理弹性现状及其影响因素。方法使用成人心理弹性量表（RSA）对在某教学综合医院实习的243名护生进行整群抽样调查。结果临床护生的心理弹性水平较高，总均分为（174．44±7．95）分；不同年龄、学历及急救经历的护生之间心理弹性得分不同，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。学历及急救经历是临床护生心理弹性的影响因素（t值分别为22．201，6．000；P〈0．01）。结论临床护生的心理弹性现状良好，同时学历与急救经历能较好地预测大学生的心理弹性状况。Objective To explore the characteristics of resilience in nursing students and its influencing factors during the nursing practice. Methods Resilience Scale for Adults （RSA） and general information were used in this survey to 243 nursing students by clustering sampling method. Results The high resilience has been found in nursing students （ 174.44 ± 7.95）. Students with variety age, education degree and first aid experience had the different resilience score, and education degree and first aid experience were the influential factors for resilience （ t = 22. 201,6.000, respectively; P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The high resilience has been found in nursing students, and it is related to education degree and first aid experience, and effectively predicts resilience.
