摘　　要：目的了解注射用头孢美唑钠在临床应用的不良反应,探讨其一般规律及特点。方法对我院2007年1月～2010年12月药品不良反应监测室收集的52例注射用头孢美唑钠不良反应报告进行分析。结果注射用头孢美唑钠不良反应以神经系统表现为主且主要发生于老年患者,其次为皮肤系统及消化系统损害。结论老年及儿童患者应慎用注射用头孢美唑钠,规范合理用药,加强护理以减少或控制药品不良反应的发生。Objective To analyze the factors of ADR caused by Cefmetazole Sodime for injection and the prevention and cure measures so as to offer basis for the clinic in the rational use of drugs.Methods 52 ADR casesed by Cefmetazole Sodium for injection of all Peking University Shenzhen Hospital inpatients reported from Jan.2007 to Dec.2010 were analyzed retraspectively.Results Cefmetazole Sodium for injection could induce dermatology system,digestive system,particularly the neurology system reaction.Conclusions Clinicians should know the characteristics of adverse reactions induced by Cefmetazole Sodium for injection in the old and children so as to apply it rationally.
