摘 要:针对大功率液压马达调速系统动态响应慢、调速精度低、低速稳定性差、加减速平稳性差,难以满足过程调速特性、驱动与制动协同性差等问题,设计一种补油式液压马达阀泵并联分时变结构控制调速系统,介绍该系统各回路构成与工作原理。该系统的应用可以有效地提高设备运行可靠性,提高生产效率,促进安全生产,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。Encountering problems of slow dynamic response,low precision in gearing,poor stability in low rpm,and poor smoothness in acceleration and deceleration as exist in high power hydraulic motors that cannot satisfy rpm governing in the process,as well as coordination of driving with braking,therefore,we designed a control and speed governing system with oil compensating hydraulic motor,valve and pump to be coupled or disconnected in timing turns,which can itself introduces the system's circuit composition and work principles.Application of the system can effectively increase operational reliability of the equipment,enhancing its productivity,and boosting work safety,thus offering obvious economic and social benefits.
