摘　　要：为了解决企业在车削加工中使用刀尖圆弧半径补偿时遇到的问题,对刀尖圆弧半径补偿的原因及使用方法进行了探讨,并在HNC-21T数控系统上采用修改补偿值的方法来研究使用刀尖圆弧半径补偿后对工件加工的影响,该研究为实现工件局部精加工尺寸控制提供了可行方法。The reason why and how to use tool nose round radius compensation was discussed in order to resolve the problems which produced on using it in lathe cutting in workshop,and how it influenced the workpieces＇ processing was studied by the method of changing its value size in HNC-21T NC system.This research provided a feasible way to control the workpieces＇ partial precision dimension.
