荧光法测定枸杞子中总黄酮含量

摘　　要：该文建立了枸杞子中总黄酮含量测定的新方法。以槲皮素为标准品用荧光分光光度法测定,该方法的检出限为2.51×10-7g/L,建立的线性回归方程为y=531.84048x-3.54448,相关系数R2=0.99903,线性范围在6.7×10-6g/L～6×10-4g/L之间;枸杞子中总黄酮的平均含量1.7098μg/g,样品测定的RSD为1.6376%,平均回收率95.75%。结果表明,该方法操作简便,准确度高,可以用于枸杞子中总黄酮含量测定。Quercetin was used as standard to establish a new spectrofluormetric method for determination of total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L.The detection limit was 2.51×10-7g/L,the range of linearity with concentration of quercetin was between 6.7×10-6g/L～6×10-4g/L,linearity relationship was y=531.84048x-3.54448,correlativity R2 = 0.99903.The average amount of total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L.was 1.7098μg/g,RSD 1.6376%,and the average recovery was 95.75%.The method is simple and accurate for determination total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L.
