摘  要:受厂区铁路站场的制约,某电厂地下输煤隧道采用浅埋暗挖法下穿既有铁路专用线。根据不同埋深和现场条件,输煤道设计采用不同结构型式。为确保洞顶铁路正常运营和施工安全,设计采用大管棚加小导管超前支护、双侧壁导坑法开挖、D24定型便梁加固铁路等措施,并针对性提出铁路专项监控和施工方案。基于输煤隧道施工允许的地表最大沉降量控制要求,通过FLAC3D有限差分软件对施工设计方案进行了模拟分析,结果证明能够满足沉降控制要求。可为类似工程设计、施工借鉴。Restricted by the railway yard,the underground coal transportation tunnel of certain power plant underpasses the existing railway lines with shallow underground tunnel.According to different depth and field conditions,different structural types were used to design the conveying coal tunnel.In order to ensure the normal transport of the roof railway and construction safety,the pipe with small catheter advanced supporting,double wall supporting pilot tunnel advance excavation and the D24 fixed temporary beam were used to strengthening the railway,meanwhile,the construction scheme and the monitor measures were adopted.By comparison the permissible settlement of the railway,the maximum ground surface settlement of coal transporting tunnel is confirmed by calculation and analysis,which can serve reference for similar tunnel engineering.
