摘　　要：目的:构建护理服务型领导理论框架,明确服务型领导在护理领域中的具体特征,为临床护理管理提供理论依据。方法:选择17名护理管理学专家、心理学专家做为函询对象,应用德尔菲法对护理服务型领导理论框架进行两轮函询。结果:专家的积极性高,专家的权威程度(Cr)系数为0.86,专家意见协调系数为0.15～0.18;建立的护理服务型领导理论框架包括甘于奉献、关心护士、授权、尊重护士、平易近人、促进护士发展6个维度,共20个项目。结论:专家的积极性、权威性及专家意见的集中程度均较高;护理服务型领导理论框架的构建,可为评价护理领导行为提供依据,并为护理领导培训课程的设置提供参考。Objective： To construct nursing servant leadership theoretical framework, confirm its special characteristics in nursing field and provide theoretical reference to clinical nursing management. Methods： A total of 17 specialists on nursing management and psychology were consulted for 2 rounds via Delphi Method. Results： Specialists were quite active while specialists＇ authority coefficient （Cr） was 0.86 and coordination coefficient was 0.15~0.18. Our nursing servant leadership theoretical framework consisted of 6 dimensions： loyal devotion, caring nurses, empowerment, respecting nurses, amiableness, promoting nurses development, totally including 20 items. Conclusions： Specialists＇ activity, authority, and concentration of their opinions were quite high. Nursing servant leadership theory could provide evidence and reference to nursing leadership behavior assessment and training courses.
