摘 要:目的:构建护理服务型领导理论框架,明确服务型领导在护理领域中的具体特征,为临床护理管理提供理论依据。方法:选择17名护理管理学专家、心理学专家做为函询对象,应用德尔菲法对护理服务型领导理论框架进行两轮函询。结果:专家的积极性高,专家的权威程度(Cr)系数为0.86,专家意见协调系数为0.15~0.18;建立的护理服务型领导理论框架包括甘于奉献、关心护士、授权、尊重护士、平易近人、促进护士发展6个维度,共20个项目。结论:专家的积极性、权威性及专家意见的集中程度均较高;护理服务型领导理论框架的构建,可为评价护理领导行为提供依据,并为护理领导培训课程的设置提供参考。Objective: To construct nursing servant leadership theoretical framework, confirm its special characteristics in nursing field and provide theoretical reference to clinical nursing management. Methods: A total of 17 specialists on nursing management and psychology were consulted for 2 rounds via Delphi Method. Results: Specialists were quite active while specialists' authority coefficient (Cr) was 0.86 and coordination coefficient was 0.15~0.18. Our nursing servant leadership theoretical framework consisted of 6 dimensions: loyal devotion, caring nurses, empowerment, respecting nurses, amiableness, promoting nurses development, totally including 20 items. Conclusions: Specialists' activity, authority, and concentration of their opinions were quite high. Nursing servant leadership theory could provide evidence and reference to nursing leadership behavior assessment and training courses.
