摘 要:目的报告1起食物中毒事件的调查结果。方法对出现临床症状的进餐人员及临床诊断病例开展流行病学及卫生学调查。结果该起食物中毒的罹患率为16.05%(61/380),42.62%(26/61)的病例食用过凉拌豇豆,凉拌猪蹄,6份剩余可疑食物标本肠道致病菌检测中3份凉拌菜检出沙门菌。结论该中毒事件发生的原因可能是食用被沙门菌污染的凉拌豇豆、凉拌猪蹄而引起的细菌性食物中毒。Objective To report the investigation results of one incidence of food poisoning.Methods Epidemiological and hygienic survey were conducted to the personnel with clinical symptoms after the meal and the clinical diagnosed cases.Results The attack rate of this food poisoning incidence was 6.84%(26/380),42.62% of the cases ate cold cowpea and cold trotters.Among 6 surplus suspicious food specimens,almonella were detected in 3 cold food specimens by the intestinal pathogenic bacteria detection.Conclusion This incidence is propable the food poisoning caused by eating cold cowpea and cold trotters contaminated by salmonella.
