摘  要:在标定系统中传统Bootloader技术的基础上,分析了相关的时间性能影响因素,针对分时下载中的时间效率问题,提出一种新型的多电子控制单元(ECU)分时下载模式.在符合通用标定协议(XCP)的基础上,扩展了部分命令,针对目标ECU进行分组编号、优先级设定等工作.在分时下载过程中,主机能够连续地发出编程命令,而不必耗费时间等待结果的返回,极大地提高了总线利用效率,从而节省了下载编程时间.通过实验验证,发现理论分析与实验结果十分吻合,该方法可以显著缩短下载编程时间,同时又不对ECU方向的反馈构成影响,完全可以满足实际发动机和车辆研发过程中ECU的设计与开发.On the basis of traditional techniques on bootloader in the calibration system,the time performance and relevant factors of downloading were analyzed.A new multi-ECUs downloading mode was designed to solve the problems of time efficiency during time-sharing downloading process.Based on the universal measurement and calibration protocol(XCP),parts of the commands were extended.By assigning indexes to target electronic control units(ECUs) and setting priorities,the efficiency of the communication bus is improved greatly and the time of downloading and programming is saved.During the downloading process,the master can continuously issue programming commands,without having to spend time waiting for the results returned,which greatly improving the bus utilization efficiency,thus saving the download programming time.Theoretical analysis and experimental results agree well.This method can significantly reduce the programming time,without causing interference with the feedback in the ECUs,so it fully meets the requirement in the development of the actual engine and vehicle research process.
