摘　　要：通过成立护士管理中心,建立护士全程管理机制,对护士招聘、护士培训、护士岗位、护士其他方面等进行全程管理,并辅以护士物质、政治上的激励;保障护士各项待遇与权益,提升护士队伍整体素质。Through the establishment of nurse management center, we set up the management mechanism for nurse in the whole process. The mode was used in nurse recruitment, nurse training, nurse job and other aspects. Additionally, the mode stressed the material and political rewards to nurses, and ensured the right of nurses and improved their overall quality.
