摘　　要：黄庭镜所著《目经大成》中最早提出“去风轮与锐眦相半正中插入”的理论 ,现代由唐由之最早 (195 8年 )应用并进行广泛的研究。文中采用几组临床资料的分析说明了这一切口对现代内眼手术影响很大。目前不仅是国内 ,在国际上 (自 1972年美国Mochemer始 )The theory was first mentioned in Mu Jing Da Cheng written by Huang Tingjing. Extensive study was first made by Tang Youzhi in 1958, a modern ophthalmologist. In the article, analysis on some clinical materials explained that the incision yielded great influences onmodern inner eye operation. It is universal recognized, both domestically and abroad(by the American Machemer in 1972) that it is a safe and reliable incision.
